Soraya Yusof’s journey behind the lens has taken her into the rarefied world of royalty and global icons. As the personal photographer to Tunku Bainun, consort of HRH Sultan Azlan Shah, the 9th King of Malaysia, she carved out a place in history with her intimate access to regal life. Her work has extended far beyond palace walls—among the many notable figures she’s photographed are HRH Queen Elizabeth II and Yasser Arafat, moments that speak to the extraordinary scope and depth of her career.
