Dreams and Reality reflects the experiences and imaginations of the artists through their perceptive lens into the lives of contemporary Malaysia. Illustrated in a kaleidoscope of vibrant colours such as red, yellow, blue and green that spark positive feelings such as compassion and motivation. The artworks are displayed in a Pavilion-themed room inspired by the early modernism architecture of Malaysia infused with Islamic style through the work of Masjid Negara and Houses of Parliament in the 1960s.
Performed by the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, the orchestral piece Seri Mersing is composed by Pak Lomak and arranged by Ahmad Muriz Che Rose.
